Paying students should take and pass the entrance examination of the City College of Calapan
Upon enrollment, paying students should submit the following credentials
- Original copy of Form 138
- Original copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Latest 2" x 2" Photographs (2 Pcs.)
- Pay the required fees upon enrolment
