Any student's continued stay at the City College of Calapan is governed by the following rules:
This policy aims to establish a suitable and effective provision governing the first, second and third year students of the CITY COLLEGE OF CALAPAN. The policy provides the necessary intervention that highly encourages students to meet the requirements of their respective fields. Through the provisions of this policy, the college aims to filter out students who do not meet the minimum requirements of their courses. This measure furthermore improves the probability of our graduates passing the board exams.
This retention policy is used as basis of the Registrar’s Office to determine the student’s year level classification. Should there be instances of incomplete grade/s, the academic status of the student will be re-evaluated and adjusted accordingly upon completion of the said grade/s.
